Listen To Today’s Danny Bonaduce Show – Friday, May 2
Will is a little down this morning because at his weigh-in yesterday he learned he had lost only two pounds this week. Gibbons is a little down too, because he stayed up late watching May Day coverage. He was also dismayed to see the red Power Ranger get his butt kicked during May Day shenanigans, though the Power Ranger was protected by actual pseudo-superhero Phoenix Jones. Mike Jones is a little down because while making cinnamon toast for his kids last night with the broiler, the back of his hand brushed the oven element and now he has blisters on his fingers. Danny is the opposite of down because he brought macaroni and cheese for breakfast this morning, and he also bought instant noodles during his trip to 7-11. Livin’ the dream, Doochman, livin’ the dream.
Mother’s Day is looming. Sarah tells us about a new book titled “Moms in the Movies,” all about the best and worst moms in film. When it comes to favorite moms in entertainment, Will chooses Peg Bundy from “Married…With Children.” Mike Jones is fond of Joyce Summers, Buffy’s mom on “Buffy the Vampire Slayer.” Of course Danny loves Shirley Partridge. Who would you say is the best movie or TV mom?
Danny Bonaduce, Life Coach, counsels a man who loves his beautiful wife, but doesn’t love that she dresses like she’s homeless.
Sarah notes that Will’s birthday is coming up, but we won’t be with him to celebrate, so Olivia the Elder brought him a birthday cake. But not just any birthday cake. Will actually recoils when he opens the box because the cake looks just like a giant yellow python. Olivia was so concerned over how Will would react that she actually worried that he would punch her. Danny can relate: he was in a haunted house when a ninja jumped out and so startled him that he punched the ninja, and was mortified to learn he had punched a 13-year-old girl. What was best worst surprise you have ever been subjected to?
All this, the game that’s sweeping the nation, Where Has Sarah’s Beaver Been, and another report from Oldie Timey Baseball Guy, on today’s Danny Bonaduce Show.
