According to a new study, Seattle is the 4th best city in America for our kids to do their trickin’ and treatin’.  This study is based upon income, least amount of walking for most amount of treats, and safety.  Specifically, two neighborhoods were highlighted and they are the Loyal Heights neighborhood (north Ballard), and the Phinney Ridge neighhborhood (next to the zoo).

Rounding out the top 3 cities are (#3) Honolulu (Kapahulu and Kuliouou-Kalani Iki), (#2) Boston (Beacon Hill and West Roxbury), and (#1) San Francisco (Presido Heights and Sea Cliff).

Happy Halloween!

NC.
