Soccer fans all over the world are getting excited for the 2014 World Cup. Former Yes frontman Jon Anderson is actually doing something about his excitement: the prolific singer/songwriter has a new song and video expressing his anticipation for what is arguably the biggest sporting event in the world.
“Brasilian Music Sound” pays tribute to the country that is hosting the Cup in two years (and, coincidentally, Anderson will be touring there next month, perhaps scoping out places to stay for his next visit). Watch the video below.
“Give it up! I want to be in Brazil! Give it up! For the World Cup! 2014! 2014! Come along with me…” are some of the lyrics. Later in the song, he sings “Loving the beautiful game…” over and over. The song is available as a download at Amazon for 89 cents.

Anderson is currently working on his next solo album.
