KZOK is gearing up (pun intended) for this year’s NHRA Northwest Nationals presented by O’Reilly Auto Parts.

It marks the 25th year of the annual event and it’s the last race in the grueling “Western swing” of three races in three consecutive weeks! Drivers will have completed contests in Denver and Sonoma. The Northwest Nationals are the final stop on the Western swing.

This is all taking place in Kent at Pacific Raceways August 3rd through the 5th. You’ll be able to see John Force, Tony Schumacher, Brandon Bernstein, Greg Anderson and the biggest stars in drag racing in their only appearance in the Pacific Northwest. Top fuel driver Antron Brown is on the verge of sweeping the Western swing, and Tim Wilkerson is looking for his fourth straight Northwest Nationals Funny Car win!
