AC/DC singer Brian Johnson turns 64 today (10/5). During his lifetime, the rocker has travelled the world and experienced many things, however as a child, he lived a very sheltered life. He told us about it.
”For me, growing up in a small mining village, that’s basically what it was, of Dunston [England], and to see these images in the cinema, it was just a world away. I would see these images of the drive-in movies and go, ‘What is one of them?’ A guy sitting with a girl, looking at these movies, it was unbelievable.”
You can read more about Brian, his life and his love of cars in his recent book, Rockers and Rollers. It’s out now
