Meijer Inc. is recalling its Katie Brown 12-piece tea light candle sets because the clear plastic candle holder can ignite, posing a potential of serious burn and fire hazard to consumers, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced today.
There hasn’t been any injuries or property damages reported related to the candle sets but Meijer has received one report of the resin cup catching fire and melting.
